Key Responsibilities:

1) Drive cross sales and new sales from the assigned team of Advisors
2) Drive Input behaviors with the assigned team of Advisors.
3) Meeting the sales plan numbers consistently and achieve the sales standards.
4) Maintain and improve the Sales Quality Standards by maintaining the Persistency standards.
5) Training and Development of the team of advisors for new product launches / revision in the existing policies.
6) Drive advisor attendance in Trainings and GO-meets.
