Key Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for implementing the branch control framework to make a meaningful impact on sales effectiveness, team morale and productivity.
2) Verification of internal policy & process and extend support to the branch team for adherence.
3) Conduct training at regular intervals (Compliances, Incentives, Policy, Process, etc.).
4) Provide continuous support to the Business Team to adhere to policy guidelines, process improvements and drive the branch team for ?NIL? observation in any of the internal & external audit reports and/or RCU observations.
5) Travel to undertake branch & field visits across locations.
6) Prepare branch visit reports and publish observations to senior management.
7) Responsible for ensuring adherence to branch control frameworks and driving sales effectiveness and compliance.
8) Process & Policy Control at branches.
9) Training the employees on the compliance and new process / policies.
10) Overall adherence to specified login to disbursement guidelines.
11) Reporting the branch inputs to HO.
