Key Responsibilities:
1) Shall be responsible in developing & leading a team of BMs who in-turn handle RMs/BSMs.
2) Shall be responsible for building & managing the Secured Loans portfolio of the location.
3) Must have experience of sourcing business from DSAs, Connectors & Open market.
4) Must have exposure to handling large teams.
5) Should drive new Initiatives to build the book.
6) Taking care of Teams Productivity and business.
7) Achieving the Area targets.
8) Manage both internal & external channel for business expansion & development.
9) Understanding the intricacies of various cases and filtering them so that only appropriate cases are put up for approval.
