Key Responsibilities:
1) Will be responsible to manage sales of Home Loans in given region.
2) Sourcing of New Business from Walk-in Customer and through Empaneling DSAs & Connectors, Cold calling, open Market & Cross Sell.
3) Channel Management.
4) Guiding the Clients for obtaining Loan.
5) Collect the document as per the requirement of loan.
6) Follow up to customer regarding loan queries.
7) To act as a productive resource by meeting targets.
8) To ensure the fulfillment of budgetary expectations of the organization.
9) Maintaining good relationship with Home Finance team ensuring customer satisfaction.
10) Exploring new areas and ways to achieve productivity.
11) Preparing and maintaining MIS report.
12) 1+ year(s) experience in Affordable Housing.
13) Flexible for Traveling in India.
