Key Responsibilities:

1) Will be responsible to manage sales of Micro LAP i.e. Loan Against Property in given region.
2) Sourcing of New Business from Walk-in Customer and through Cold calling, open Market, Connectors & Cross Sell.
3) Guiding the Clients for obtaining Loan.
4) Collecting the document as per the requirements of loan
5) To act as a productive resource by meeting targets.
6) To ensure the fulfillment of budgetary expectations of the organization.
7) Exploring new areas and ways to achieve productivity.
8) Preparing and maintaining MIS report.
