1) Maximize Paid to Applied Business in coordination with Issuance/underwriting team and finance.
2) Handling Centralized welcome calling Process.
3) Reduction in Discrepancy ratio.
4) WIP Management - GO actionable TAT, issuance TAT.
5) Vendor Bill Management.
6) Manage Dashboards & Governance for field ops.
7) Field operation & HO coordination for field operation fulfillment support.
8) Lead Employee engagement initiatives for CAT-ops.
