Key Responsibilities:

1) To identify potential distributor in BROCA space, in line with channel strategy for profitable growth /successful on boarding & launch of partners.
2) Lead a team of AMs motivate, coach, mentor and train them and drive business performance as per the defined PMS.
3) Design and implement field choreography and take corrective measures where-ever necessary.
4) Connect with respective branches of these partners and organize training for partners.
5) Generate leads through joint calls along with partner employee/sub partners.
6) Ensure quality business is sourced from the branches/sub partners of the partners.
7) Growing MLI wallet/ counter share in each branch
8) Ensure product Mix and control leakage.
9) Gather, report and communicate Partners feedback on service, technology and product delivery.
10) Keep leadership abreast with industry and market trends and best practices.
11) Extending external networks with Key insurance distributors across in partner branches and increasing MLI wallet share.
12) Implement a performance management and rewards system.
