Key Responsibilities:
1) Meet unit targets:
i) Achieve revenue targets.
ii) Ensure implementation of the GOLD system for all agents.
2) Supervise the activity plan of Sales Managers & Agents to ensure that these are fulfilled as per the desired standards.
3) Ensure that all Sales Managers and Agents under supervision perform as per the company?s rules and regulations.
i) Track productivity measures as per the GPA for the unit: AFYP
4) Case rate.
5) Annual mode business.
6) Persistency.
7) Paid cases per agent.
8) YTD appointments.
9) SM appointments.
10) Pro active agent retention.
11) Annual FYC standards.
12) Execute plans for the growth of the agency:
i) Identify, interview and select new Sales Managers from natural market and by networking.
ii) Ensure adherence to laid down sales and service standards for Sales Managers.
iii) Conduct weekly performance review and planning (PRP) for Sales Managers.
iv) Ensure retention of Sales Managers by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
13) Meet rural and social policy targets.
