Key Responsibilities:
1) Planning, Implementation and execution of strategies in Indian commercial business through corporate broking partners and agents.
2) Responsible for leading the team of business development managers for achieving assigned business goals.
3) Collaborate and coordinate with Underwriting, operations and claims team to ensure business continuity.
4) To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the Chola MS brand, and growing the brand.
5) The objective of the role is to manage corporate brokers and agents across the assigned region.
