Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner Management:
i) Act as the primary operational contact for our partners in the assigned region.
ii) Establish strong working relationships to ensure smooth integration of processes and mutual growth.

2. Operational Excellence:
i) Monitor and optimize policy issuance, documentation, and claim processing to meet SLA standards.
ii) Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations, company policies, and partner agreements.

3. Coordinate training sessions for Nuvama staff on life insurance products, systems, and processes.

4. Problem Solving & Reporting:
i) Address operational challenges promptly and develop solutions to streamline workflows.
ii) Generate and analyze operational reports to present actionable insights to senior management.

5. Customer Experience Management:
i) Monitor customer feedback channels and ensure that the operations team is delivering a seamless experience for policyholders.
