Key Responsibilities:
1) Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Telesales agents to meet and exceed sales targets for life insurance products.
2) Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective Telesales strategies to achieve growth, customer acquisition, and retention goals.
3) Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback, coaching, and training to improve results and sales effectiveness.
4) Customer Interaction: Oversee the quality of customer interactions, ensuring that each call meets customer needs and complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
5) Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor Telesales campaigns aimed at acquiring new clients, cross-selling, and upselling life insurance products.
6) Sales Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve the Telesales processes to enhance efficiency, reduce call abandonment, and increase conversion rates.
7) Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse sales data, and generate reports to evaluate sales performance and suggest improvements to senior management.
8) Compliance & Training: Ensure all Telesales activities comply with relevant laws, insurance regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular training and refresher courses to maintain high standards of professionalism.
9) Collaboration: Work with other departments (marketing, operations, product development) to align Telesales strategies with overall company goals and ensure consistent messaging across channel.
