Key Responsibilities:

1) Meet unit targets:
i) Achieve revenue targets.
ii)?Ensure FLS meeting WFYP Standards.
iii) Supervise the activity plan of Sales.
iv) Ensure that all ADMs and Agents under supervision perform as per the company rules and regulations.

2) Track productivity measures as for the unit:
i) YTD WFYP and GPA.
ii) Encourage Protection Sales and Cross-Sell.
ii) Augmenting MTD Active Agent.
iv) Recruitment & Sales Calls traction at ADM level.
v) Agent and ADM retention.
vi) Maintaining 13th & 25th Month Persistency at 88%.

3) Execute plans for growth of the agency:
i) Identify, interview and select new ADMs from natural market and by networking.
ii) Ensure adherence to laid down sales and service standards for ADMs.
iii) Conduct weekly performance review and planning (PRP) for ADMs.
iv) Ensure retention of ADMs by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.

4) Other responsibilities:
i) HO co-ordination.
ii) Sales promotion activities.
iii) Assist in overall running of the Office.
iv) Strong Relationship Building and Cross-Functional Collaboration.
