Key Responsibilities:

1) End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle for Insurance, NBFC and FMCG roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

2) Talent Sourcing:
i) Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
ii) Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.

3) Client Coordination:
i) Work closely with clients in the Insurance, NBFC and FMCG sectors to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
ii) Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and candidate status.

4) Candidate Assessment:
i) Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical and HR interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
ii) Evaluate candidates based on industry knowledge, experience, and client-specific criteria.

5) Database Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring progress in the internal database or Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

6) Employer Branding: Promote the consultancy as a trusted hiring partner for the Insurance, NBFC and FMCG industries by ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1) Number of roles successfully closed within the given timeframe.
2) Quality of hires as measured by client satisfaction and candidate retention.
3) Efficiency in sourcing and screening candidates.
4) Timely updates and reporting to clients.

CTC:

1.2 LPA + Good Incentives
